Aikido beginners course

The TAB e.V. regularly offers beginner's courses for people interested in Aikido in Berlin, in order to facilitate the start of the regular training. The beginners' course takes place parallel to the regular training and is specially supervised.
Main topics of the course are:
- Gymnastics
- Fall school
- Basic movements, simple techniques
Please bring comfortable sportswear.
Next appointment:
